Smoking is one of the hardest habits to quit, and now a new magnet treatment may just be the answer. That's right, it's called "zero smoke." The little magnet, when placed in the ear, works like acupuncture, but without the needles. It's supposed to decrease cravings by triggering the release of endorphins, those feel-good chemicals in the brain. Doctors say it's not a magic option, you still have to want to quit.
