Smokers returning for the fall semester at Raritan Valley Community College will find their habit prohibited by a new policy. Starting Monday, RVCC will be a smoke-free campus. Smoking will not be permitted in any buildings or on college grounds. RVCC follows two other New Jersey schools, County College of Morris and Burlington County College, in instituting the policy.
