One Ohio health care provider say they are taking new steps to keep their employees healthy. Starting July 1, all new people hired by Humana in Ohio will have to fill out a questionnaire about their tobacco habits. If the future employee uses tobacco, they will be required to enroll in Humana's new 'Breathe' program. The 31 day program is designed to help users quit tobacco products. This will also be required of new employees at the Humana Center in East Walnut Hills.
